The Cardio Kickboxing Program
The Cardio Kickboxing Program combines an aerobic workout along with an anaerobic workout. It is an all-in-one workout combining a powerful fat burning formula, along with a resistance-based exercise, helping to create overall body strength and muscle tone. The Cardio Kickboxing workout is a non-contact based, 50-minute, heart pounding, endorphin producing, addictive workout. It is a fun, exciting, motivating, high-energizing, workout to music. We take you through a professional fighter's training routine; stretching, shadow boxing, skipping rope, explosive combinations, bag work, partner drills, and conditioning exercises - EVERYTHING (except the bruises).
